  • Prices are inclusive of bath towels and sheets. Rates are quoted per apartment and week
  • Prices include satellite TV and Wi-Fi

On request we rent also over weekends or for stays longer than one week.

We can do discounts based on the number of people

  • Euro 450,00 + heating depending on use + Euro 50,00 for final cleaning
  • Per additional person: Euro 10, 00 per day
  • Security deposit: Euro 200,00
  • Deposit: of 30% of the total amount at the moment of reservation, the rest upon arrival
  • Tourist tax : Euro 1,50 a day for each adult over 14 years old only for the first week of stay
2 people: Euro 80,00

4 people: Euro 100,00

(4 people+ 1)
  • Euro 500,00 + heating depending on use + Euro 50,00 for final cleaning
